HMD Global, the company licensed to manufacture and sell cell phones with a Nokia band, has announced three new series of new smartphones.
With today’s launch, the company introduced a new nomenclature for its smartphones, and future launches are expected to follow in a similar fashion as well.
The company announced that Nokia X-series, G-series and C-series today. While the X-Series is the most powerful of the range, the G-Series and C-Series are mid-range and entry-level offerings.
Each series contains two handsets, marking the introduction of six new smartphones – Nokia X20, Nokia X10, Nokia G20, Nokia G10, Nokia C20 and Nokia C10.
Nokia X. Series availability
The Nokia X20 will be available worldwide from May in the Midnight Sun and Nordic Blue color options in 6/128 GB and 8/128 GB configurations. The Nokia X10 will be available in selected markets around the world from June in Forest and Snow color options in 6/64 GB, 6/128 GB and 4/128 GB configurations.
Nokia G. Series availability
The Nokia G20 will be available worldwide from May in Night and Glacier color options and in 4/64 GB and 4/128 GB configurations. The Nokia G10 will be available in selected markets around the world in Night and Dusk color options and in 3/32 GB and 4/64 GB configurations from the end of April.
Nokia C. Series availability
The Nokia C20 will be available worldwide from June in sand and dark blue color options and in 1 / 16GB, 2 / 32GB configurations. Nokia X10, X20 specifications
Both the Nokia X10 and X20 smartphones offer a 6.67-inch FHD + display with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and a resolution of 1080 x 2400p.
They are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor and receive regular security and software updates for three years. The two run on Android 11 (Android One) OS version of the box and are supported by a 4470mAh battery.

They are operated with the Mediatek G35 processor and receive regular security and software updates for two years. The two run on Android 11 (Android One) OS version of the box and are supported by a 5050mAh battery. Both also have a single 8 megapixel camera on the front, but differ in how the rear camera is set up.
The Nokia G10 has a quad camera setup with a 13-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the other hand, the Nokia G20 48MP sensor on the back with the same secondary sensors as the Nokia X10.
Nokia C10, C20 specifications
Both the Nokia C10 and the C20 smartphone offer a 6.5-inch HD + display with an aspect ratio resolution of 20: 9.
You also have the same cameras on the back as a 5MP sensor on the back and a single 5MP sensor on the front. The two run on the Android 11 (Android Go Edition) OS version of the box.
Both are powered by a 3000 mAh battery and offer dual SIM support and a microSD card.
While the Nokia C10 is operated with the Unisoc SC7331e SoC, the C20 is operated with the SC9863a SoC.
