Lenovo is preparing to launch its second gaming phone called “The” Lenovo Legion 2 Pro. Despite being Lenovo’s second gaming phone, despite having been in the gaming space for some time with its laptops and other devices, the new Legion phone has some unique features like a built-in fan that according to a report by Slashgear is visible from the outside.
The report is based on some pictures of the phone shared with AnTuTu. It can be seen from the pictures that the fan could be in the outer case of the device, not the back cover of the phone but actually on top of it. That means it would also create the space it uses as a vent to rinse off the heat.
The back of the smartphone also has an unusual design that makes it look like a combination of three separate units. In addition, the cameras have been pushed into the middle part on the back, from which it can easily be concluded that the device is intended for handheld landscape games.
The phone will hit the market on April 8th. The device’s confirmed specs include a large 6.92-inch display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720 Hz, Snapdragon 888, and a 5500 mAH battery with support for 90 Hz fast charge. All of the confirmed specs are huge in every way, and based on those specs, it looks like that Lenovo Legion 2 Pro could be a worthy competitor to the Asus ROG Phone 5.
