NEW ELHI: Lenovo launched its next-generation gaming smartphone called Legion Phone Duel 2 in China. The gaming smartphone is the company’s first to come with 18 GB R.A.M. and packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 comes with a dual cooling system that includes liquid cooling, dual fans and independent pure copper air ducts. The company claims this liquid cooling system quickly dissipates heat through two air outlets on either side.
Lenovo has also added an independent display chip to meet the different control needs of gamers. The smartphone also has six customizable touchpoints in the middle frame.
The smartphone is also equipped with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and back as well as an all-metal midframe.
Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 comes with a starting price of 3,699 yuan (Rs 42,100) and can be purchased in Dawn and Gradient color options. The company is expected to launch the smartphone in the Asia-Pacific and European markets soon.

The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 has a 6.92-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The display has a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and an Adreno 660 GPU.
The gaming smartphone has four RAM options: 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB and 18 GB. The device has three storage options: 128 GB / 256 GB and 512 GB. The Android 11 operating system, which is equipped with the company’s own ZUI 12.5 layer, runs on the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2.
The dual SIM The smartphone is equipped with a built-in fingerprint sensor. The smartphone has a dual rear camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 44-megapixel pop-up camera on the front for selfies.
The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 has two speakers and 4 microphones. It also offers multi-colored LED and two ultrasonic gaming sensors. The smartphone is supported by a 5000 mAh battery with 90 W fast charge support.
