The brand owned by BBK has announced that it will extend the warranty on all of its products to June 30th, the expiration date being between April 1st and June 29th.
It came after popular consumer tech companies like Xiaomi, Poco and other BBK-owned brands – Realme, Vivo and Oppo – announced the extended warranty on their products as the country battles a new wave of Covid-19 and in various Restrictions are imposed on countries.
While Realme has extended the warranty to July 31, Vivo announced a 30-day extended warranty for its products and Oppo announced the extension of the repair warranty for all of its products to June 30, 2021.
Along with the extended warranty, the company also confirmed that there will be a delay in delivery of recent product orders. “Due to recent developments beyond our control, there will be delays in the delivery of the last product orders to certain locations and we are currently unable to fulfill the order. Unfortunately, we may not be able to predict the delivery of your order. However, we will ship the order asap from our end as soon as the restrictions wear off, “said OnePlus.
The company also said the service center will be temporarily suspended until further notice in order to comply with government regulations. As soon as the situation eases, after-sales operations will resume as soon as possible.
