NEW DELHI: Smartphone manufacturer Oppo has started that Android 11 Update for his Reno2 Z smartphone in India. The company is rolling out the update in batches. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings> Software Updates.
With the Android 11 update, that will be Oppo Reno2 Z. Users can take advantage of features like the standard screen recorder, the better media controller, native smart home control, one-time authorization for apps, security fixes via Google Play and others. Along with this, the smartphone will also receive ColorOS 11 update.
In addition to Oppo Reno2 Z, the company also rolled out the Android 11 update for Oppo A91 in Indonesia and Oppo Reno3 A in Japan.
According to the company’s Android 11 roadmap, Oppo Reno 2 will be the next in line smartphone to receive the Android 11 update. The company will roll out the update in India, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
On the other hand, the smartphone manufacturer will be releasing ColorOS 11 beta builds for A9 (2020) and A5 (2020) in India and Indonesia from April 14th.
Recently, Oppo launched its two new A-series smartphones in Cambodia. The company launched the Oppo A74 and Oppo A74 5G smartphones in the region. The duo is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets and supported by a 5000 mAh battery.
While the Oppo A74 4G is equipped with a 6.43-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, the 5G variant has a 6.5-inch display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
The Oppo A74 4G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset. The 5G model, on the other hand, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor. The duo contains 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card.
