Smartphone major Oppo has expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of the K9 series of smart TVs. The new series includes three screen models: 43 “, 55” and 65 “. All three televisions offer a refresh rate of 60 Hz and are powered by quad-core processors.
Price and availability
Oppo Smart TV The K9 series is offered with a starting price of CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs 22,800) for the 43-inch variant. The 55-inch and 65-inch screen models, on the other hand, cost CNY 2,799 (approx. Rs 32,000) and CNY 3,999 (approx. Rs 45,600), respectively.
The televisions will go on sale from May 1st.
As already mentioned, the TV is available in three screen sizes. The 55-inch and 65-inch models are equipped with 4K displays with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a pixel resolution of 3840 x 2160. While the 43-inch version offers a full HD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. All three TV models offer HDR10, HDR10 + and HLG support.
Oppo Smart TV K9 The series is powered by a MediaTek MT9652 octa-core processor with G52 MC1 GPU. They all have 2 GB of RAM and offer up to 16 GB of internal storage capacity.
The 43-inch model has a sound output of 20 watts, while the other two models offer two 15-watt speakers with a total sound output of 30 watts. The televisions run under ColorOS 2.0 and are equipped with a remote control with voice assistant.
The Oppo Smart TV K9 series has dual band WiFi, Bluetooth v5, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, a DTMB port and an Ethernet port for connectivity. The 65-inch model has additional HDMI 2.1 ports, one of which supports eARC.
