Electronics retail chain Vijay Sales has announced that it will start pre-booking Sony PS5 Consoles from May 17th, 12 noon. The company has also posted banners for this update on its official website and social media handles.
The next-gen console from Sony comes in two models: Standard Edition and Digital edition. However, the brand has only made the former Indian consumers available, which is said to be priced at 49,990 rupees.
The Sony PlayStation5 arrived in June 2020. It’s available in a two-tone design with a mix of back and white – along with the blue LED lights that surround the top vents. There is the new Playstation The logo in the upper left corner and front, aside from that glossy finish, houses 1 regular and 1 Type-C connector.
Sony previously confirmed five games and their prices in India. These include Demon’s Souls for Rs 4,999, Destruction Allstars for Rs 4,999, Marvel Spiderman Miles Morales: Ultimate Edition for Rs 4,999, Sackboy A Big Adventure for Rs 3,999 and Marvel Spiderman: Miles Morales for Rs 3,999.
Some of the other games that have been confirmed for the PlayStation 5 include Horizon Forbidden West, Gran Turismo 7, Returnal, Bugsnax, Godfall, and more.
Karan Gupta, Director of Vijay Sales, said: “We are pleased to initiate the pre-booking of PS5 comfort and deliver it to consumers by making sure all security protocols are followed during lockdown. The product is in short supply while the demand in the market is skyrocketing. There is a high chance it will sell out within a few minutes. We therefore recommend all fans to prepare for it as soon as the pre-reservation goes online. ”
