Realme’s next 5G phone with MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset teased on Flipkart

Smartphone brand Realme is preparing for the launch of another 5G phone in India. The company spiced up the launch of its new 5G series phone on the Flipkart e-commerce website. The Flipkart Page shows the upcoming Realme phone will be powered by MediaTek Dimension 700 5G chipset.
It does so a day after MediaTek launched its Dimensity 700 5G chipset in India. The company also announced that Realme will be the first smartphone brand to offer MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G devices.
While the Flipkart page doesn’t show the name of the upcoming device, it does provide a glimpse into Realme’s existing 5G phone portfolio. These include Realme X50 Pro 5G, Realme X7 Pro 5G, Realme X7 5G, and Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G.

The Flipkart website also states that the name of Realme’s next 5G phone will be announced on April 16th. Realme has announced that it will launch the Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro 5G models on April 22nd in India. It is speculated that the 5G smartphones teased on Flipkart could be that Realme 8 5G and Realme 8 Pro 5G.
MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G is a 7 nm SoC that combines two Arm Cortex-A76 big cores in its octa-core CPU, which runs at a speed of 2.2 GHz and 5G-CA (2CC ) work. The new 5G chipset has connectivity functions such as 5G carrier aggregation (2CC 5G-CA) and dual 5G SIM as well as the 5G-exclusive VoNR (Voice-over New Radio) services.
