NEW DELHI: Smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is ready to add another smartphone to the Redmi Note 10 series.
The company recently launched the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max smartphones in India. Now the company is preparing to launch the Redmi Note 10s Smartphone in the country.
According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the smartphone was received TO Certification. This means the company is expected to launch the handset in the Indian market soon.
For those who don’t know, Xiaomi has already launched the same handset in China. The company is expected to bring the same variant to India as well.
Redmi Note 10s specifications
The Redmi Note 10s has a 6.43-inch FHD + AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The display is protected with a coating made of Corning Gorilla Glass.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G-95 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM. The device has 128 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to 512 GB by adding a microSD card.
The Android 11 operating system, which is equipped with the company’s own MIUI 12 layer, runs on the Redmi Note 10s. The dual SIM smartphone is equipped with a fingerprint sensor attached to the side.
The smartphone has a quad rear camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth sensors. There is a 13-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
The Redmi Note 10s has a 5000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging function. The smartphone also has IP53 protection, which makes the device splash-proof. Like all other Xiaomi smartphones, this one also has an IR blaster.
