NEW DELHI: It seems so Samsung is preparing for the launch of its next generation foldable smartphones. According to the South Korean publication TheElec, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip2 in July.
The new report confirms that the upcoming foldable smartphones will come with LTPO screens and cameras under the display. The report adds that both smartphones are said to have S-Pen support.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is said to be backed by a 4380mAh battery, which is slightly smaller than the Z Fold2 battery the company launched last year.
It is also said that the main Galaxy Z Fold3 will come with a 7.55-inch main screen instead of the 7.6-inch screen from Galaxy Z Fold2.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Samsung could launch three foldable smartphones this year. However, a recent online report from Sammobile suggested the company will only launch two foldable smartphones this year.
According to the report, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 smartphones.
The report added that the company will not be launching an affordable foldable smartphone this year.
The company recently announced that it will not launch a new Galaxy Note series smartphone this year.
