NEW DELHI: Smartphone manufacturer TCL has introduced a new concept of folding phone that is flexible. The smartphone is called Fold ‘n Roll and has the company’s own’ Dragonhinge technology ‘and a pull-out display. This new TCL smartphone transforms a 6.87-inch display into an 8.85-inch display and then expands it further to 10-inch.
At this time, the company has not released any other specifications of the smartphone. The company has stated that it is still working on the technical specifications. At the same time, the company mentioned that it plans to launch a foldable smartphone this year.
In addition to this new concept phone, TCL has also launched four smartphones on the European market. The company presented TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 20L,, TCL 20L +, TCL 20S.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G costs 549 euros and is available in the colors Marine Blue and Moondust Gray. The smartphone runs on Android and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. The handset has a 48MP quad rear camera and is equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the TCL 20L and TCL 20L cost + 229 euros (Rs 20,700) and 269 euros (Rs 24,300), respectively. Both smartphones have similar specifications. The duo has a 6.67-inch Full HD + display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. The smartphones are equipped with a 48-megapixel quad rear camera and are supported by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18 W fast charging support.
Last month, TCL released its first Android 11 Smart TV in India. Smart TV P725 is the first company equipped with an external video camera. The smart TV is available in four screen sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch screens at prices of Rs 41,990, Rs 56,990, Rs 62,990 and Rs 89,990, respectively.
