The iPhone 13 offers an identical wide-angle camera as the iPhone 12, according to a report

As the start of the iPhone 13 Lineup is approaching, as are the rumors. Popular tipster and analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said on his investor note that Apple may continue to offer the same wide-angle lens as the one in the iPhone 12 Series, claims a report by MacRumors.
The report suggests that the forthcoming iPhone 13‌ mini, ‌iPhone 13‌ and ‌iPhone 13‌ Pro have the same 7P wide-angle lens with an aperture of AF / 1.6 as the respective handsets in the ‌iPhone 12‌ series. Only the iPhone 13 Pro Max model is said to offer a wide-angle lens with an aperture of f / 1.5, which is a slight increase over the f / 1.6 aperture of the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
In addition, Kuo claims that Sunny Optical will be the new supplier for the 7P wide-angle lens and that mass production is expected to begin in May.
“We expect Sunny Optical to successfully pass the quality check of the 7P wide-angle lens order for the ‌iPhone 13‌. Since the ‌iPhone 13‌ mini, 13 and 13 Pro use the same f1.6 7P wide angle lens (compared to 13 Pro Max f1.5 7P wide angle lens), ordering from Sunny Optical is the most popular. We estimate that Sunny Optical will deliver the 7P wide-angle lens of the “iPhone 13” to LG Innotek as early as May, ”said Kuo in the investor’s note.
Earlier this month, Kuo also said that Apple plans to launch four models with exactly the same screen sizes as the iPhone 12 models. For several months there have been reports of a lukewarm reaction to the cheapest Apple iPhone from 2020, iPhone 12 mini.
