NEW DELHI: Vivo’s independent brand iQoo has already confirmed that it will launch its latest iQoo 7 series smartphones in India on April 26th. The company has now announced that in addition to the iQoo 7, it will also be launching the BMW M Motorsport Edition – iQoo 7 legend Smartphone in the country.
The iQoo 7 Legend smartphone will feature the legendary three-color racing stripes on which the slogan “Fascination meets innovation” is engraved.
The two-year premium partner sponsorship began in 2020 with the participation of the iQOO BMW M4 DTM in the spectacular 2020 DTM season. This year, the car sponsored by iQoo will compete in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring in 2021 in June.
The company has also confirmed that the smartphone will be available online on the website Amazon India Website and is expected to be priced at under Rs 40,000.
iQoo recently launched the iQoo 7 smartphone in China and is the company’s first phone to have 120W fast charge support. The company is expected to introduce the same model in the Indian market as well.
iQoo 7 specifications
iQoo 7 has a 6.62-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 8 GB / 12 GB RAM. There are two types of storage – 128 GB and 256 GB. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card.
IQoo 7 runs the Android 11 operating system, which is equipped with the company’s own user interface. The smartphone is equipped with a built-in fingerprint sensor and is supported by a 4000 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging support.
On the front of the camera, the iQoo 7 has a triple rear-view camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor with a f / 1.79 aperture, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 13-megapixel portrait camera. There is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
