NEW DELHI: It appears that consumer electronics giant Samsung is ready to launch a new 5G smartphone in India. The support page for Samsung Galaxy A52 5G went live in India. This means that the company may soon launch the smartphone in India.
The 5G variant of the smartphone is equipped with the model number SM-A526B. A recent online report found that the 5G variant of Samsung Galaxy A52 is priced at Rs 5,000 more. The 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A52 has a price of Rs 26,499. So there is a possibility that the 5G variant will cost around Rs 31,499.
The report adds that the 5G variant of the smartphone is expected to feature a higher refresh rate display, better chipset, and improved wireless connectivity.
Samsung has already introduced the 5G variant of the Galaxy A52 in the USA. The company is expected to bring the same variant to India.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has a 6.5-inch FHD + SAMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G with 6 GB of RAM.
The Android 11 operating system, which is equipped with the company’s own level of the One UI, runs on the dual SIM smartphone. The handset has IP68 protection, which means that the smartphone is dust and waterproof.
The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has a quad rear camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel bokeh sensor and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. There is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the smartphone.
