This is what the OnePlus phone might have looked like when it didn’t start

There was speculation about it OnePlus will also introduce an updated version of OnePlus Nord along with the latest flagship OnePlus 9. OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9R. The alleged smartphone called OnePlus Nord SE (Special Edition) is said to have been permanently put on hold.
New renders shared by Leakster Max Jambor claim to show what the supposed budget OnePlus phone, which never happened, actually looked like. The SE version of the Nord was reportedly developed in collaboration with visual artist Joshua Vides. He previously worked with OnePlus’ sister company Oppo and luxury fashion brands such as Fendi.

“On the front there is an AMOLED display with a dual punch hole camera near the top left corner. On the back you can see a cutout for the quad camera and the LED flash. The pictures show that the Nord SE would have both a background image and a cover made in the appropriate design. It is not known whether the glass back of the smartphone has such a design or just the case, “says Jambor in a report on the Allround PC website, the describes the renderings. OnePlus is said to have chosen a “comic style” for the design of the smartphone and the packaging.
The specs suggest a powerful version of OnePlus Nord
The specifications given indicate that OnePlus SE is a more powerful version of the current generation of OnePlus Nord. The phone was expected to come in a 12GB / 256GB configuration and run on a faster Qualcomm processor, Snapdragon 780G, and a 65 watt fast charger. The OnePlus Nord Special Edition is said to have a price of 499 euros (approx. 43,000 rupees).
The current generation OnePlus Nord has a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with 90 Hz and runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chip. For photos, there’s a quad camera array (48-megapixel main shooter + 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor + 5-megapixel depth module + 2-megapixel macro unit) and a 4,115 mAh 30W battery -Charge. It is available in the variants 8 GB / 128 GB and 12 GB / 256 GB.
Why was OnePlus Nord SE “canceled”?
There has never been an official confirmation of the OnePlus Nord SE smartphone by the company. However, a report in phonearena claims that OnePlus was apparently ready to partner with Nord SE, but may have later decided to discontinue the program as Nord 2 is not too far away. OnePlus launched the first generation OnePlus Nord in July 2020 in India, one of the company’s largest markets.
