Pichai said Google has pledged Rs 135 crore to fund new funding from India. This includes two grants from Google.org, Google’s philanthropic arm, totaling 20 rupees. The first is GiveIndia, a nonprofit, which provides grants to families hardest hit by the crisis to help meet their daily expenses. The second grant goes to UNICEFThis will help bring urgent medical supplies, including oxygen and testing equipment, to where they are most needed in India.
