NEW DELHI: Smartphone manufacturer Vivo launched the latest Vivo V21 series of smartphones in India. The company launched the middle class Vivo V21 5G Smartphone in the country. The unique selling point of the smartphone is its 44-megapixel selfie camera with optical image stabilization. The selfie camera can also record 4K videos and has Night Portrait and Super Night Selfie functions.
The Vivo V21 5G is powered by a MediaTek processor and has a full HD + display and a 64 megapixel triple camera.
Price and availability
The company has launched two variants of Vivo V21 5G – 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage at a price of Rs 29,990 and Rs 32,990 respectively. The smartphone is available in the color options Arctic White, Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle available. The smartphone will be available online on Flipkart and pre-reservation starts today. Vivo V21 5G will go on sale May 6th. At this price, the Vivo V21 5G will compete against the recently launched Xiaomi MI 11X and iQoo 7.
Vivo V21 5G specifications
The latest 5G smartphone from Vivo has a 6.44-inch Full HD + AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2404 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The smartphone is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 800U- Processor powered.
Vivo V21 5G offers 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card. The Android 11 operating system runs on the hybrid dual SIM smartphone with the company’s own FunTouch OS 11.1.
The Vivo V21 5G has a triple rear camera with 64MP main sensor with f / 1.79 aperture, LED flash and IOS, 8MP ultra wide angle lens with f / 2.2 aperture and 2MP macro camera with f / 2.4 Cover. On the front there is a 44-megapixel selfie camera with a f / 2.0 aperture, OIS, two LED flashes and 4k video recording.
The Vivo V21 5G is equipped with a built-in fingerprint sensor and has a USB Type-C port for audio. The mid-range smartphone is supported by a 4000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can charge 63% in 30 minutes.
